Sneak Peek & A Giveaway!

So far, I have been sharing my practice from other lessons at 21 Secrets Summer 2018 Workshop. Today, I want to share sneak peeks from the class I’ll be teaching as part of the Just Add Water Workshop series. There will be lots of watercolor play involved. Class is self-paced, very few supplies needed and the 35 minute lesson is divided into three videos. I had a great time filming the lesson and I think you’ll enjoy it too!

And the best part… I am giving away ONE Summer Studios bundle (includes Just Add Water and The Great Outdoors) to ONE lucky winner!

To enter the giveaway, tell me about your creative plans for the summer in your comment to this post. You have till July 6th to enter. I’ll announce the winner on July 7th right here.

Good luck!

  1. The lettering and drawing on these pages is wonderful along with the delicious watery colors. Learning a new approach in your workshop series would be so rewarding, thank you for the chance to win a spot!

My creative plans this summer always include lots of studio time because I live in the desert southwest of the US and it’s too hot to do anything else.

    1. Sounds like a great plan 🙂 I live in the COLD North East and summer is when we are outdoors even though its hot and sticky 🙂

  2. I’m doing the portrait drawing class at CreativeBug and continuing to explore art journaling. I’m also cleaning up my studio, which doesn’t sound creative, but I cannot continue to create in the mess that I have, so hopefully I’ll be even more creative once it is all done!

    1. OMG,I totally relate, Suzanne! The mess I have here! It’s all good stuff but all over the place making it hard to find things. I’m hoping to wake up earlier than the kids for a few days and just tackle it bit by bit till its at least workable again.

  3. It’s summer all year round where I am but I’d love to start incorporating some journaling into my paintings/ doodles/ splashes of colour on pieces of paper! I’ve been feeling quite stifled and unable to express myself and I’d like to be able to do so through my art practice. 🙂

  4. oh, but your sneak peek is such a serious tease!!! Love what I’m seeing. My summer plans include lots of outdoor exercise in the mornings, lots of crafting in the afternoons and family time whenever I can get it. Thanks for this chance – my fingers are Xed.

    1. Thanks Maureen! It’s great that you are fitting exercise into your summer routine. I feel so lazy and sluggish particularly during the summer months.Good luck 🙂
